Registration Problem
Retrieve the key code if you're encountering one of the following problems:
1. The key code of the product you purchased is lost.
2. You already purchased the program, but didn't receive the key code.
3. The key code you already had became invalid after one year since you purchased.

Installation Problem
Before you install our software, make sure you have logged on as Administrator or as a user with Administrator privileges.
